ABOUT US

Hello! After months of Todd Person teaching me everything he knows about roasting, I am happy to announce that I'm the new owner of Chetco Coffee Roasters.  I'm so excited to be on this adventure! He has assured me that I can now call myself an Artisan Roaster (I'm still getting used to that title)! It was important to me to honor Todd's hard work and commitment to this company. We have kept his original recipes, still roast in small batches and strive for high quality in every batch.  We are adding a few new recipes (coming soon) and working to get some new certifications in our processing facility! Exciting things to look for in the future!

What should you know about me? Family - it's why I do what I do. And, I love our Brookings Harbor community and am so happy to be a part of it.  I'm a working Mom to two awesome kids - Truly and Truth. Our little guy has some special needs that present us with challenges daily but I'm happy to say that I think we are doing a good job navigating through them.  I now roast at night so I can spend my days with the "Trues". My amazingly supportive husband, Rob, is always eager to help in any way he can. I could not do any of this without my strong, hardworking,  little family. Lifting giant bags, labeling, cleaning, developing recipes, mailing orders

- you name it - they are there helping the whole way!

We have an amazing, supportive community in our coastal town, and we enjoy giving back to our community by sponsoring local theater, sports, dance and more.  We also have provided fundraising opportunities for our schools' activities!

We sincerely hope our business and our interaction with you will be a blessing to you.  We look forward to serving you and bringing you the best and freshest coffee around.

Pour yourself a cup of our incredible coffee, and share good times with your loved ones around you!

Enjoy and may God bless you!

Canoeing and getting a workout!

Chetco Coffee Roasters was started by Todd Pearson and his family in the summer of 2013.

"Coffee is special. It brings people together. My favorite memories with my dad and grandpa involve drinking cups of very black coffee around a campfire on a brisk morning before everyone else was awake. Stories, more stories, jokes, puns and coffee!"
